Christy was born and raised in the Comox Valley. She has a degree in psychology from the University of Victoria and her Animal Care Aide certificate which she completed in 2017. She has worked in the industry on and off for 20 years at various clinics. Christy started at Puntledge Veterinary Clinic in 2018 as a receptionist but also assists our doctors and RVT’s with any procedures. She has two daughters with her husband, dogs (Razzle and Roo) and a cat (Ted). Christy loves horses, gardening, beachcombing and paddle boarding.

Brandy was born and raised in the Valley. She began her career in the veterinary field in Victoria in 2017 and joined our team in 2026. When she’s not at work, you’ll most likely find her at the beach or relaxing at home with her dog, Chela, and her cat, Bentley.

Chelsea was born and raised in Port Alberni, B.C. She complete her level 2 Fear Free and Animal Care Aid Certificate from VIU in 2017. Since then she has been working at various clinics in BC and Alberta. Chelsea started at Puntledge Veterinary clinic in January 2026, and helps out the doctors, techs, and receptionists with all sort of tasks throughout the day.  When she is not working you can find her adventuring with Krueger her Siberian Husky and Rex her Alaskan Klee Kai or relaxing with her 3 cats.

Amanda always wanted to work with animals and started as a teenager as an animal care attendant for a Pet store. She has been in and out of the Vet world over the years in-between having her 2 children. Amanda went back to college in 2022 and graduated the Veterinary Assistant Program at Georgian College in Orillia Ontario with honors. She currently has 2 dogs at home (Stella & Frankie) and lots of fish!
